I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUT?
Our certified personal trainers will provide optional exercises for anyone with injuries but we highly recommend you consult with your doctor before taking a class.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE AT BLITZ 45?
Blitz 45 uses world class equipment including medicine balls, foam rollers, TRX suspension training, kettle bells, dumbbells, sand bag workouts, sled training, bikes, WaterRower, bodyweight workouts, heart rate monitors and more.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Athletic shoes, athletic shorts/pants, and shirt, towel and water bottle.
